Some bills have not synced
Find the bills that did not reach Orio360 and send them again.
Who can do this: Owner and Manager
A bill made with no internet waits on the till. When the internet is back, the till sends it to Orio360 by itself. This is called sync. Sometimes a bill stays on the till. A small number then stays in the dark bar at the top of the POS app.
Send the bills again
- In the dark bar, press the small number next to the round arrows. Sync Status opens.
- Check that the dark bar says Online. Sending works only with the internet.
- Look at Pending Items. It counts the bills that still wait on this till.
- Press Sync Now. It says Pushing... while it sends them.
- Wait until Pending Items shows 0.
- Look at the Queue list. If a row says FAILED, press Retry on that row.
When nothing waits, the list says All data synced. The number in the dark bar goes away.
When a bill still does not go
- A red box says Sync failed, with the reason. Read it. Then press Sync Now again a little later.
- Conflicts counts bills that Orio360 could not save as they are. Someone must choose what to keep. See Fix sync conflicts.
- In the admin app, Sync Health shows the conflicts from every till.
If the number does not go away after an hour online, contact us. Keep the till as it is until we help you.
