Terms of use

This is sample text. We are still checking it.

Each yellow box is a fact we still need to confirm.

About these terms

These terms are the rules for using Orio360 and this website.

Orio360 is run by Check: our company legal name and address. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company.

When you use Orio360, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Who can use Orio360

Orio360 is for shops and restaurants.

You cannot sign up on this website. Our team opens each account for you.

To start, send us a message from our Contact page.

The person who opens the account must be allowed to act for the business.

Your account

Each business has an Owner. The Owner adds the staff and gives each person a role.

Keep your sign-in details safe, and do not share them.

Tell us at once if someone else uses your account.

You are responsible for what your staff do in Orio360.

Your duties as a business

Check your prices, your taxes and your bills.

Orio360 adds the GST, but you choose the rate for each product.

You are responsible for your own tax returns.

Get your customers' OK before you send them offers by WhatsApp, SMS or email.

Follow the law in the places where your business works.

Fair use

Use Orio360 only for your own business.

Do not try to break into Orio360, or to slow it down.

Do not copy the apps, or sell them to others.

Do not use Orio360 to send spam.

We may stop an account that breaks these rules.

Plans and limits

Each plan gives you some features and some limits. See them on our Pricing page.

A feature that is not in your plan shows a lock. Its data stays safe, and you get it back when you change plans.

When you reach your limit for bills, you can still make bills.

Other limits, like users and locations, stop you adding more until you change plans.

We tell the Owner when the business gets close to a limit.

Your free trial

A new business may start with a free trial. It has every feature, but its limits still count.

We email the Owner before the trial ends.

If you stop paying

When a trial or a paid plan ends, the account becomes read-only for 7 days.

In those 7 days, you can see your data. You cannot make new bills or change anything.

After 7 days, the account is suspended. Your data stays safe, but you cannot use the account.

To open it again, talk to our team and choose a plan.

We may cancel an account that stays suspended. Check: how long an account can stay suspended before we cancel it

Cancelling, and your data

To cancel your account, ask our team.

While your plan is active, the Owner can download the data from the Data Export page.

When an account is cancelled, we make a copy of its data for the Owner.

The copy is a set of CSV files.

We send a reminder 15 days before we delete the data.

We delete the data 90 days after the account is cancelled. Check: whether backups and uploaded files, like receipt photos, are deleted then too

What we cannot promise

We work hard to keep Orio360 running and your data safe.

But Orio360 may sometimes be slow, stop for a while or have mistakes.

If the internet stops, the POS app can still make bills.

Check your bills and reports before you use them for tax.

If something goes wrong, we pay at most Check: the limit on what we pay.

The law

These terms follow the law of Check: which country or state.

If we cannot agree, the courts in Check: which city decide.

Before that, please talk to us. Most problems can be fixed with a call or an email.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. When we do, we put the new date at the top.

If you keep using Orio360 after a change, you agree to the new terms.
