Refund policy

This page tells you how you pay for an Orio360 plan, and how refunds work.

It is part of our Terms of use.

You do not pay on this website. Our team sets up your plan with you.

See the plans and their prices on our Pricing page.

You pay Check: how plans are paid for, like bank transfer or UPI, and how often.

A free trial costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

When it ends, you choose whether to pay for a plan.

You can stop your plan at any time. To stop it, tell our team.

Check: whether the plan keeps working until the end of the time you paid for

You can ask for a refund within Check: how many days after you pay.

We refund Check: the full amount, or only the time you did not use.

We send the money back the way you paid. It takes Check: how many working days.

Email Check: the email address for refunds from the Owner's email address.

Tell us your business name, your plan and the date you paid.

We answer within Check: how many working days we take to answer.

Stopping a plan does not delete your data at once.

When a plan ends, the account becomes read-only for 7 days. Our terms of use say what happens next.

Before the plan ends, the Owner can download the data from the Data Export page.
