Your online store is a website for your business. Customers can see your products and prices there. They can also order from it, if you want them to.

How you get it

You do not build the store yourself. Our team sets it up for you. Contact us and ask for an online store.

Tell us which of your locations the store sells from. The store shows the products and prices of that location. Its address shows on every page.

Where customers find it

Your store gets its own web address. It starts with a short name for your business. Then it ends with shop.orio360.com. Share this address with your customers.

You can also use a domain that you own. Ask us, and we tell you what to add at the company where you bought the name. When our check finds it, your store moves to your own address.

Who does what

• Our team sets up the store and its address. We also turn on orders, so customers can order.
• You write the pages that customers read, like delivery and returns. See Write your store's pages.
• Your staff accept each new order at the till. See Accept an online order.
• The Owner can connect Razorpay, so customers can pay online. See Take online payments.

Make your products look good

A product with no photo shows its name in a grey box. To add photos, open the product in the admin app. Press its Website tab, and add photos under Photo gallery.

On the same tab, turn on Show as popular on the website for your best items. They move up the list that customers see first.
