Export all your data

You can download a copy of your business data. Orio360 puts it in one ZIP file. Inside are CSV files that you can open in Excel or Google Sheets.

1. In the menu, open Reports and press Data Export.
2. Look at What to export. Every part is ticked at the start.
3. To pick only some parts, press Clear. Then press each part you want.
4. Press Generate full export.
5. In the box that opens, press Generate export.
6. Wait 1 to 3 minutes. The page updates by itself.
7. In Export History, press Download.

If you picked only some parts, the button in step 4 says Generate export with the number of parts.

Good to know

• You can make 1 export every 24 hours. After an export, the button shows when you can make the next one.
• The file stays ready to download for 120 days.
• Each export counts toward your plan's data export limit for the month.
