Sign in to the phone apps

You sign in to both phone apps the same way. Use your work email. We send a new code to that email each time. The code is your OTP.

1. Open the Waiter app or the Manager app on your phone.
2. Type your work email in Email.
3. Tap Send OTP.
4. Look in your email for the 6-digit code.
5. Type the code in the 6 boxes. The app checks it as soon as you type the last digit.
6. If the app does not go on by itself, tap Verify & continue.

The Waiter app opens on Tables. The Manager app opens on Sales.

The first time, the app may ask to use your fingerprint or your face next time. Tap Not now to skip it. If you say yes, the sign-in page shows a button like Unlock with fingerprint.

If the code does not come

• Wait for 1 minute. Then tap Resend code.
• Look in the spam folder of your email.
• Tap Change to type your email again.

To sign in with a password, tap Use password instead. Type your email and password, then tap Sign in. Tap Email me a code instead to go back.

If the app says you are in the wrong app

Each app is for some roles only.

• The Waiter app is for Cashiers. An Owner or a Manager sees Use the Manager App.
• The Manager app is for Owners and Managers. A Cashier sees Cashiers use the POS terminal.

Tap Sign out, then open the right app.

In both apps, your initials are on the bar at the bottom. Tap them.

• In the Manager app, tap Sign out.
• In the Waiter app, tap Sign Out. The app asks Sign out? Tap Sign Out again to say yes.
