Get the phone apps

Orio360 has 2 apps for your phone. They use the same sign-in as the POS app and the admin app.

The Waiter app

The Waiter app is for restaurants. A waiter carries it from table to table.

• See every table, and which ones are free.
• Take an order at the table and send the KOT to the kitchen.
• See when food is ready, and mark it served.
• Read alerts about orders.

Waiters sign in with a Cashier role. An Owner or a Manager cannot use the Waiter app. The app tells them to use the Manager app.

The Manager app

The Manager app is for shops and restaurants. It is for Owners and Managers.

• See today's sales, bills and best-selling items.
• Look at your sales reports for the days you choose.
• Say yes or no to requests from your staff.
• Look at the expenses your staff add. An Owner can approve them.
• Read your alerts.

A Cashier cannot use the Manager app.

How to get the apps

The apps are not in an app store. To get them for your phones, write to us at support@orio360.com. Tell us which app you want, and how many phones will use it. The Waiter app is made for Android phones.

Both apps need the internet. They do not keep working when the internet stops. For billing without internet, use the POS app.
