Take an order on your phone

Take the order at the table, on your phone. You do not need to walk back to the till. The app puts the dishes on an order for that table.

Start the order

1. Tap Tables on the bar at the bottom.
2. Tap a free table. Its status says Available.
3. Tap New Order. The New Order page shows the menu.
4. Tap a dish. A box with its choices opens.
5. Choose what the guest wants. A red star means you must choose one.
6. Tap the + or − button to set how many.
7. Tap Add to Order. Then add more dishes the same way.
8. Tap the bag at the top right to see Your Order.

To find a dish fast, type its name in Search menu items.... Or tap a group of dishes above the menu.

In the box for a dish

• Type a wish in Special Instructions, like "no onions". The cooks see it on the order.
• The price at the bottom changes as you choose. It shows the total for that dish.
• A dish marked 86'd has run out. Ask the guest to choose another dish.

Check the order

Your Order lists every dish. Tap + or − to change a number. Swipe a dish to the left to take it off. Clear takes every dish off at once.

When the order is right, tap Send to Kitchen. See Send a KOT from your phone. To keep the order without sending it yet, tap Save as Draft.

Takeaway and delivery

Start from Menu on the bar at the bottom. Add the dishes, then tap the bag at the top right. Choose Takeaway or Delivery. Under Customer, type the guest's phone number. Then tap Send to Kitchen.
