Check sales and reports on your phone

The Manager app shows how your business is doing today, wherever you are. It also shows your sales reports for the days you choose.

See today's sales

1. Tap Sales on the bar at the bottom.
2. Look at the cards under Today in numbers. They show Revenue today, Bills today, Avg bill value and Pending approvals.
3. Scroll down to Sales wave. It shows today's sales, hour by hour, next to an earlier day.
4. Scroll on to see Payment mix, Top products and Recent bills.
5. To see one location, tap the location at the top. Then choose it in Pick a location.

Revenue today is the money from today's bills. Avg bill value is what one bill comes to, on average. Tap Overview, Sales or Orders near the top to change the view. Restaurants also see Orders, with the orders the kitchen is cooking now.

The Sales page gets new numbers by itself every minute. An Owner can also choose All locations.

See your reports

1. Tap Reports on the bar at the bottom.
2. Tap the date at the top. Then choose Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month or Custom.
3. Look at Sales trend. Tap Daily or Weekly to change it.
4. Look at Top products and Staff performance.

The page starts on Last 7 days. The cards at the top show Revenue, Bills, Avg bill, Tax collected and Discounts for the days you chose.

Save a report as a file

Tap the export button at the top. Under Download CSV, tap Daily sales, Top products or Staff performance. The app makes a CSV file. This takes about a minute. Then tap Open to get the file.

To send the daily sales to someone, tap Send via WhatsApp or Email a copy in the same list. Type the phone number or the email. Then tap Queue on WhatsApp or Queue on Email.
